7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products as consumable beverages, we generally do not accept returns after delivery.
However, eligible replacement or refund requests may be considered in the following cases:

- Missing items from an order
- Expired products received
Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs and/or videos showing the issue.
